No \u00e2mbito do Plano Nacional da Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o Equilibrada e Sustent\u00e1vel (PNAES) do Minist\u00e9rio da Agricultura e Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, o projeto de pareceria MEDEAT_BB \u2013 Rede Territorial para a Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o Sustent\u00e1vel e Equilibrada, visa contribuir para o desenvolvimento de um plano de a\u00e7\u00e3o no territ\u00f3rio da Beira Baixa, assente na ado\u00e7\u00e3o de uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel e sustent\u00e1vel, com base nos sistemas alimentares locais.<\/span><\/h4>

Objetivos Gerais:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o Sustent\u00e1vel;<\/li>
  • Promo\u00e7\u00e3o e Valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da Dieta Mediterr\u00e2nica;<\/li>
  • Combate ao desperd\u00edcio alimentar<\/li><\/ul>

    Objetivos Espec\u00edficos:<\/strong><\/p>

    • Estimular a produ\u00e7\u00e3o nacional e valorizar os produtos end\u00f3genos e de qualidade;<\/li>
    • Valorizar e salvaguardar a Dieta Mediterr\u00e2nica, enquanto padr\u00e3o alimentar caracter\u00edstico do territ\u00f3rio nacional;<\/li>
    • Fomentar o consumo de produtos nacionais, regionais e locais, em conson\u00e2ncia com os princ\u00edpios da Dieta Mediterr\u00e2nica;<\/li>
    • Promover a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o mais sustent\u00e1veis, com base nas cadeias curtas de abastecimento e nos sistemas alimentares locais.<\/li><\/ul>
