reduzir a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de materiais pl\u00e1sticos nas embalagens alimentares; serem ativas de modo a manter a qualidade dos alimentos e aumentar ou melhorar o tempo de prateleira; serem sustent\u00e1veis e economicamente vi\u00e1veis, obtidas a partir de subprodutos e res\u00edduos agroalimentares, especialmente da rom\u00e3 e da t\u00e2mara, utilizando tecnologias emergentes de extra\u00e7\u00e3o e processamento verdes;
